The Assistant Site Manager is responsible for working with the Site Manager to provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers which results in customer satisfaction and consistent high-level performance for their assigned site. They are responsible for providing excellent customer service to current and potential residents by showing open apartments, resolving issues, and proactively building positive relationships. The Assistant Site Manager will assist in the marketing of the property, and participate in resident appreciation events on a regular basis. They will assist in the training of Leasing Specialists and provide work direction and supervision to other site staff in the Site Manager’s absence. You will meet lots of people, and help them find their future home. Very rewarding. Will have a lot of customer service interaction in person and by phone. Big company but a small office team. The first 3 months are guaranteed at $300.00 per month.
