Personal Testimonial from one of our Site Managers:

Before working with Goldmark, I worked in retail for over a decade.  Over those 10+ years, I worked hard to advance myself in my career and was promoted into several different positions.  However, I still didn’t get fulfillment out of what I was doing day to day.  Out of the blue, I submitted my two week notice and quit my career that I had worked so hard to build.  A couple weeks into my unemployment, I came across an online advertisement for Goldmark that they were hiring Site Managers.  After reading through the job description, I immediately knew this was a job I needed to apply to!  Fast-forward to today and I’ve been working with Goldmark for 9 months now and loving it!  This new career path has been incredibly fulfilling and interesting every day and I truly enjoy the daily interactions I have with my residents.  I love that Goldmark recognizes hard work and provides a great support team when questions or challenging situations arise.  Goldmark is a unique company in that it actually feels like a family and not just another job.  I work flexible hours, have considerably less stress, and get to have fun every day.  I couldn’t be happier with my career change!
